Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. APL supports Australian product development and manufacturing across skincare, haircare, cosmetics, personal care and selected supplement products. Explore our Sydney team and facilities and contract manufacturing services.

How long will development, manufacturing and delivery take?

Timelines depend on the development pathway, sampling, testing, ingredient sourcing, packaging and production requirements. Confirm the schedule for your project before making launch or delivery commitments. For an urgent existing order, email urgent@australianprivatelabel.com.au so the team can assess what is possible.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary by product type, formula, packaging, ingredient requirements and production method. A sample order, an established private label product and a custom manufacturing run may have different requirements. Ask the team to confirm the minimum against your specific brief.

Can I get samples before manufacturing?

Sampling allows you to review the texture, scent, colour and product experience before larger-scale manufacturing. Sample availability, pack size and cost depend on the product and development pathway. Contact APL to discuss a suitable sampling option.

Can I develop a custom formulation?

Yes. APL supports custom formulation across skincare, cosmetics, haircare, personal care and selected supplement products. Development scope and fees are confirmed for the project. Explore new product development or cosmetic formulation, then send your product brief.

Can I get a bulk manufacturing quote?

Yes. Provide the product type, desired quantity, packaging and formula status so the team can discuss a manufacturing quotation. Pricing depends on the agreed specification and production requirements.

Are the products natural, paraben-free or sulphate-free?

Ingredient choices depend on the specific formula. Share any ingredient preferences or exclusions in your brief, and check the final approved ingredient list before making product claims. Do not assume that every product has the same ingredients or exclusions.

What is the difference between private label and custom formulation?

Private label starts with an established formula or product base. Custom formulation develops a product around a specific brief. Costs, timelines, minimums, ownership and exclusivity depend on the pathway and formal agreement. Explore private label skincare, haircare and supplement manufacturing.

What information should I send with an enquiry?

Are your products tested on animals?

No, our products are not tested on animals.

  • We do a flat fee for our storage and pick and pack service. As you send out more units you will be using more storage.
