Are you the manufacturer?
- Yes, we manufacture all our skin care products
How long will my products take to be delivered?
- Products are dispatched within 7 business days.
- We understand business is unpredictable, so if you need an order expedited, please email urgent@australianprivatelabel.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
- Yes our minimum is 10 units
Do you have sample sets?
- Yes, you can buy 10 samples of each product in a 30ml container.
Can I do a custom formulation?
- Yes please reach out to accounts@australianprivatelabel.com.au We would love to connect you to our chemist. Our fee is $1750 for the day.
Can I get a bulk discount?
- We would be happy to discuss discounts when buying bulk. Please email: accounts@australianprivatelabel.com.au
Are your products natural?
- Yes our products are natural and use
Are your products paraben and sulphate free?
- Yes our products are paraben and sulphate free and are all Australian made.
Are you products tested on animals?
- No, our products are not tested on animals

How do I get started?
- Please fill out our on boarding form here.
Why does the price increase as I sell more?
- We do a flat fee for our storage and pick and pack service. As you send out more units you will be using more storage.
Can we come and see the warehouse?
