Do you also manufacture the products?
Yes. Australian Private Label can support both custom formula development and commercial manufacturing. Many clients work with our formulation team first, complete samples and testing, then move into manufacturing with us.
How much does product development cost?
Every project is quoted individually based on product complexity, testing requirements, ingredient sourcing, packaging requirements and project scope. Book a call or send your brief and our team can recommend the right pathway.
What is included in your custom formulation packages?
Our packages generally include technical briefing, custom formulation development, two rounds of product samples, stability testing, Preservative Efficacy Testing, formulation review and IP ownership once completed and paid in full.
Do I own the formula?
Yes. IP ownership is included in our custom formulation packages. Once the project is completed and paid in full, ownership of the approved formulation transfers to you.
Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. Many clients come to us with an early concept rather than a finished brief. Our team can help shape the brief, identify feasibility considerations and recommend the next steps.

Yes. Product development can include skin care, hair care, supplements, makeup, SPF, personal care, men’s grooming, baby care and other categories.
Is testing included?
Stability testing and Preservative Efficacy Testing are included in our custom formulation packages. Additional testing may be recommended depending on the product type, claims and target market.
